All of the rooms in The Ogunquit Inn are non-smoking and feature air conditioning, heat, cable TV with DVD/CD players and refrigerators. Our rates range from $89 off-season to $179 peak-season. A deposit equal to 1 night's rate is requested to confirm a reservation. Please note that during July and August we reserve the right to not accept reservations that do not include BOTH a Friday and Saturday night stay. US holiday weekends generally require 3 night minimum stays. For the comfort of all our guests we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 12 or pets. Each guest room is allocated ONE parking space. The Inn cannot guaranty parking for additional cars and guests are responsible for finding and paying for additional parking. The cancellation policy for the Inn permits a full refund of the deposit if more than 14 days notice is given prior to your arrival. After that time, we will make every attempt to book the room. If successful, we will refund any deposits less a $25 service charge. There are no refunds for early departures. Share

Room 4 is on the second floor of our inn, has 1 queen bed and shares a bathroom with Room 1. Room 4 has a private deck and a private entrance from the inn's parking lot.
